Every January the rules shift a little, and every January the same questions hit our inbox. Here’s the 2026 picture as it actually applies to your cart — no legalese, no panic.
The federal baseline: 21+ everywhere
Selling vapor products anywhere in America means one thing above all: 21+, verified, on every single order. That’s the federal Tobacco 21 baseline, and our checkout has run AgeChecker on every order since before anyone made us. Most states now layer retailer registration on top — every legitimate shop is on a state list. We are, and any counter you buy from should be too.
Registry states: what your neighbors see
Five states in our system — Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Utah — now run product directories: only devices registered with the state may be sold there. When your state is selected, we hide everything not on its list automatically. Your shipping state decides what you see — one shopper gets the full 10,412 products, a friend one state over gets a shorter list. It isn’t stock — it’s law, enforced before you ever reach checkout.
Flavor bans and the blocked states
A handful of states also restrict flavored e-liquid — where a flavor ban applies, those bottles drop out of your catalog the same way. Maine and Vermont go further and block consumer nicotine shipments entirely. We don’t ship there, full stop — you can still browse, and the age-gate waitlist will email you the day that changes. We add states back the day it’s legal to.
Signatures and boxes
The PACT Act still requires an adult (21+) signature on every delivery — carriers won’t leave the package at the door, and PO boxes are out because nobody can sign at one. Plan for a street address with someone 21+ around. That part isn’t new; it’s just the part people forget between orders.
