Pouches are the quietest thing we sell — no vapor, no smell, no battery. They're also the thing people most often buy wrong on the first try, because strength math works differently than it does with a disposable. Here's the two-minute version we give at the counter.

Strengths, decoded

Our shelf runs a three-step ladder. ZYN starts it at 3mg — where most vapers and social smokers should begin: enough to feel, easy to sit with for half an hour. Both brands meet at 6mg, the workhorse strength for a pack-a-day history or a 5% disposable you top up all day. Juice Head alone goes to 12mg — a heavy-use ceiling, not a starting line. There's no prize for starting high; a too-strong pouch is how a can ends up in a drawer.

Sizes, prices, and how long a can lasts

Two can sizes, two prices. ZYN is 15 pouches at $6.95; Juice Head is 20 pouches at $3.95. Most people settle around six to eight pouches a day, so a ZYN can runs about two days and a Juice Head can closer to three — either way you're looking at a couple dollars a day, cheaper than most disposable habits by a wide margin.

Switching from vaping

Keep the first week boring: park a pouch for 20–30 minutes whenever you'd normally reach for the device, and expect the first few minutes to tingle — that's normal, not an allergy. Flavor-wise, mint translates best from vaping — ZYN Cool Mint is the default answer. Wintergreen is the classic for former dip users. And if mint reads as toothpaste to you, Juice Head's fruit-mint lineup (Watermelon Strawberry Mint, Peach Pineapple Mint) is the side of the shelf to start on.

Counter note: Vapers pick Cool Mint first almost every time. If you finish a 3mg can and it felt like nothing, move to 6mg — and treat Juice Head's 12mg as the ceiling you work up to, never the first buy.
